Is it 'Catholic'?
Not specifically. Whilst Annie, Ree and Tricia have Catholic backgrounds, it is for all Christian women.
Do you have to belong to a Church community to come?
No, we welcome women from all Christian faith backgrounds whether or not you belong to a faith community.
How much does it cost?
Due to a partnership with the Sisters of St Joseph, we are able to offer a once only subsidised rate of
$125 per woman. We ask for a deposit of $50 to hold your place for the weekend.
For returning participants the full cost of the retreat is $350.
We do not want cost to be a barrier for any woman to attend. For further discussion, please contact Tricia
on 0417 216 917 to have a confidential conversation.
Do I have to share in front of the whole group?
You will never be required to share in any of the large group settings. There will be small group sharing.
Can I miss certain parts?
It is integral that you are present during the entire programme as this will affect the experience for both
yourself and the other women in attendance.
Can women of any age attend?
Yes, there is something to get out of our retreats for all women
Do I get my own room?
Yes, you will have your own room.
Do I need to share a bathroom?
No.
I need disabled access - is that possible?
Yes, our retreat venues meet all current legislative requirements for disabled access.
What do I need to bring?
Primarily bring an open heart. All retreat resources are supplied & venue also provides bedding
and towels.
Pack comfortable clothing, medications, toiletries (including soap), sunscreen, a hat, a reusable
water bottle and don't forget your reading glasses if needed.
Don't forget extra layers for winter retreats.
If you wish to get outside and enjoy the property, pack a blanket or cushion.
I don't drive, how can I get there?
To date, retreats have been held in Kincumber & Mittagong - local transport hubs, private cars and
taxis will be accessible.
What's the schedule for the weekend?
The official programme starts at 5:30pm on the Friday afternoon and runs through until 3pm on
the Sunday afternoon. For the purpose of the retreat and your experience, it is essential for you to
arrive by 5:30pm on the Friday.
Do we get any free time during the retreat?
Due to the retreat schedule being quite structured, free time is limited.

How will the courses be managed with COVID-19 impacts?
We are constantly monitoring and reevaluating the environment around COVID-19, and will follow relevant
government recommendations.
Is there Mass on the weekend?
No, we do not have a Mass as part of the retreat however, we do provide information on Masses that are
run locally to the retreat venue on a Sunday night.
Is there a priest available?
There is no priest available during the retreat. However, we do provide information on Masses that are
offered locally to the retreat venue on a Sunday night.
